I was told last December when I called for columnar replacement that a new program would send me a new unit and I just had to send the old one back. They also said that I can update send my unit back and get $800 for it. I sent it back and never received a dime. When I called to follow up they sent me $300. Saying it was “up to” $800. Now when I have a problem the contract is not being honored. I have had to do a reset that they sent me directions to do. I’ve done that and it didn’t fix the problem. Now no ne calls back. I have no other mobile oxygen so I am stuck in my apartment. From my understanding buying a new unit was supposed to prevent this problem. I have called three times today. They supposedly have no manager on duty and the sales person I had for 3 years is no longer there. Probably the only honest person working there. Do not use this company. I have been told it is in process with a merger with First Class medical so don’t use them either! BBB I am on Medicare and this is how the elderly are treated.

I worked with this company for 6 months until I was ready to buy. The gentleman I was dealing with was gone and I called to say I couldn't find the portable charger and he promised me they would be look into. I received the portable charger they stood behind what was promised. Awesome customer service would recommend then highly. My G5 is a little heavier compared to the G3 but has better and higher outputs of oxygen Jo Ellen Happy customer

Having the portable oxygen machine has made my life so much easier. I've flown with it, even used it overnight when gone from home for only a few nights. It is reliable, easy to use and sturdy. I did buy the larger battery and wish I had done that right away for the smaller one rarely met my needs. I hesitated because of the price but am so pleased with my purchase.

Terrible service! Bought new machine in November and took it to Mexico where I live..it stopped working…it would shut down and wouldn’t show battery level. I sent it to Florida for repair ($100).. it was then sent to my son in ND who attempted to ship to me via UPS ($250)… that package was returned to ND needing paperwork from the Mexico Ministry of Health…..so…. I bought a ticket for my grandson to bring me my machine ($740)…. When I finally got my machine, I turned it on and found out that nothing was done to repair it! It continues to do exactly what it was doing before I spent $1100 to get it repaired…I could not be more disappointed in the service I have been given..I don’t know what to do…

Not as light weight as expected. Trade in didn't go as expected. Didn't get full amount because forgot to send in the cover, the cord and the booklet. Sent in the cord and cover got some more back but not all because they wanted to booklet. Really the booklet reduced my trade in?? Crazy. Thought when talked to customer service the unit I was purchasing was a different one & lighter weight than the one we got. Unfortunately will never use this company again. After purchasing & receiving could have purchasing same item for $500 less which would have helped being a 100% disabled vet unable to work. The battery is heavy & doesn't last long.
